Police say a man locked himself inside a confined storage unit on West 1st Street in downtown Duluth.
Officers immediately arrived, the man gave up peacefully and was taken into custody by authorities.
No one was hurt during the incident.
Now investigators link the Harbor Highlands incident to a shooting event in Canal Park area that happened earlier this week.
Authorities expect to press charges in the Hillside case shortly.
