Actor India Amarteifio, star of Netflix’s Queen Charlotte, has sharply criticised society’s habit of excluding people who need support right now.
During a press tour, she highlighted how social exclusion deepens problems for those already struggling.
The intense six-part series, set during a scorching heatwave, also features Iwan Rheon and actors from Doctor Who Millie Gibson and Patrick Baladi.
Shooting was carried out through several towns in Wales the cities of Cardiff and Swansea.
