Chase Elliott smashed into the wall on Sunday at the Brickyard 400. He ended the race in 26th place. The vehicle hit hard but Elliott stated the damage was minor. Afterwards, Alex Bowman revealed he will retire after 2027. Bowman’s exit creates a seat that may be offered to Conner Zilisch in 2028. Elliott solely talked about Bowman following his own crash, while steering clear of driver reshuffle topics.
