Apple began rolling out iOS 27 for users here in Australia as of this week. The new build is ready for compatible iPhone models. To get the update, go to Settings. Then open General. Then tap Software Update. The phone will check for the update and display it if the device is eligible. Not every older device will get iOS 27. The launch date for iOS 27 is September 14, 2026. So the launch is active now. A number of iPhone users will see the update right away. Others are not eligible. The result depends on the handset.
