Public health officials in Massachusetts have reported three additional confirmed cases of West Nile virus. State health officials have raised the risk level to high in Milton and Quincy. More than a dozen communities are now marked as high risk. Meanwhile, a very infectious feline virus has been found at the Sangamon County Animal Center.
